These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and W4X Technologies LLC ("Company"), a Maryland limited liability company, governing your access to and use of ForgeFront ("the App"). By using the App, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
W4X Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal or business use as an SDVOSB contractor. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and W4X Technologies LLC only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
If you downloaded from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In any conflict, Google Play's Terms shall govern with respect to your use of the Google Play Store.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@forgefront.app.
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, transmit harmful material, impersonate others, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, or harvest personal information from other users.
The App and all its content are owned by W4X Technologies LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. ForgeFront, the ForgeFront logo, and all related marks are trademarks of W4X Technologies LLC. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
ForgeFront offers subscription plans (Base $29/month, Pro $79/month, Pro Annual $711/year) processed through Stripe. All purchases are final except as required by law or App Store refund policies. Prices are subject to change. You may cancel at any time through your App Store account settings or by contacting admin@forgefront.app.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, W4X TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless W4X Technologies LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Frederick County, Maryland, under AAA rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
