W4X Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company, operates ForgeFront, a mobile and web application available at forgefront.app and distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration (name, email address, password)
• Business profile information (company name, UEI, NAICS codes, certifications)
• Job, crew, and invoice data you enter
• Support requests and communications
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers (device type, operating system)
• App usage data (features accessed, session duration)
• IP address and approximate location
• Authentication tokens stored in your browser

2.3 Third-Party Services

ForgeFront integrates with Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), SAM.gov (contract data), and Anthropic (AI features). Each third party processes data under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain ForgeFront
• To create and manage your account
• To process subscription payments
• To generate AI bid proposals using your business profile

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

ForgeFront is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@forgefront.app immediately.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Supabase row-level security, and Stripe PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Apple App Store Disclosures

We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We request device permissions only when necessary for app functionality. Our App Store privacy nutrition label accurately reflects our data collection practices.

10. Google Play Store Disclosures

We maintain an accurate Data Safety Form in the Google Play Console. All data collection and sharing is disclosed in the Data Safety section of our Play Store listing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
