W4X Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland limited liability company, operates ForgeFront, a mobile and web application available at forgefront.app and distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account registration (name, email address, password)
• Business profile information (company name, UEI, NAICS codes, certifications)
• Job, crew, and invoice data you enter
• Support requests and communications
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers (device type, operating system)
• App usage data (features accessed, session duration)
• IP address (used for security and to operate the service; we do not use it to determine your precise location)
• Authentication tokens stored securely on your device

ForgeFront does not collect your device's GPS or precise geographic location. Any geographic information used for contract matching (such as state or place of performance) comes only from the business profile details you choose to enter.

2.3 Third-Party Services

ForgeFront integrates with Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), SAM.gov (contract data), and Anthropic (AI features). Each third party processes data under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain ForgeFront
• To create and manage your account
• To process subscription payments
• To generate AI bid proposals using your business profile
• To send administrative information and security alerts
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the app and diagnose technical issues

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (hosting/auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), SAM.gov API (contract data)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to users

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@forgefront.app.

7. Children's Privacy

ForgeFront is a business tool intended for use by adults (18 and older) acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13 as defined by COPPA. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact privacy@forgefront.app and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including TLS encryption in transit, Supabase row-level security, and Stripe PCI-compliant payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Apple App Store Disclosures

ForgeFront does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Because we do not engage in cross-app tracking, we do not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. We request device permissions only when necessary for a specific feature you use. Our App Store privacy label reflects the data practices described in this policy.

10. Google Play Store Disclosures

For the Android version distributed through Google Play, the data we collect and share is disclosed in the Data Safety section of our Play Store listing, consistent with the practices described in this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
